Since 2013, Belvedere Real Care Providers Network has been dedicated to empowering Baltimore's homeless community through advocacy, food, shelter, and transitional housing. Our journey began on March 7, 2013, when Christina Flowers discovered an encampment along I-83. Witnessing the harsh conditions endured by those living there ignited a passionate commitment to ACTIONABLE HOMELESS ADVOCACY. As a
local business owner and advocate, Ms. Flowers leveraged her businesses—Belvedere Homes, Belvedere Assisted Living, and the Real Care Providers Network—to champion the cause of homelessness in Baltimore. Since then, we have successfully housed over 300 individuals and families, driven by a mission of love, volunteerism, and community support. OUR MISSION
At Belvedere Real Care Providers Network, our mission is to provide comprehensive housing solutions for homeless individuals in Baltimore City. We collaborate with faith-based organizations and experienced non-funded housing care providers to create supportive environments that foster stability and dignity. Our partnerships with property managers and local entrepreneurs focus on developing "family-like" living spaces rather than traditional shelters. OUR IMPACT
We believe in empowering individuals through advocacy and practical support. Our services include:
-Advocacy and Navigation Support: Helping individuals access essential government services.
- Food and Shelter: Providing daily meals and emergency shelter.
- Transitional Housing: Offering pathways to permanent housing solutions.
- Community Engagement: Building relationships with those we serve to better understand their needs. Join us in our mission to make homelessness a thing of the past. Together, we can create lasting change for our neighbors in need.
