Harbel Community Organization HARBEL is a caring, multi-purpose organization dedicated to building and supporting communities through service, advocacy, and empowerment.

For over 55 years, we have been a pillar of strength in Northeast Baltimore. HARBEL is an organization of tremendous size and influence. There are now ninety-one member organizations, including school PTAs, business associations, civic associations, community groups, churches, and two hospitals. HARBEL operates eight direct service programs and continues to serve Northeast residents. HARBEL's Prev

ention & Recovery program provides outpatient substance abuse treatment as well as mental health services to adults and adolescents. HARBEL is accredited by ACHC.

CDA Energy is currently looking for an Energy Quality Assurance Inspector who shares our vision of program excellence and our commitment to customer service. This position is responsible for evaluating the work performed by Energy Retrofit Service Providers, conducting site visits, performing desk-top data monitoring, and providing training and technical assistance to the service providers. The work evaluated may also include energy efficiency, electrification, and repair work for both single-family and multifamily residential buildings. Feeding families and helping to build a stronger Baltimore. Together we win! Thank you to our partners at The Maryland Food Bank, Orrstown Bank, the Northeast Baltimore Police Department and their cadets, Safe Streets, Delegate Caylin Young and his super team, the Community connections RECLAIM team of BCJJC, Westfield Neighborhood Improvement Association, Hamilton Elementary/Middle, The Green School, Vanguard Middle, Furley Recreation Center, Gardenville Community Assoc, Regional Management, The Masters Plan Worship Center, Sage Health and our many valued volunteers and organizations helping us to feed over 500 families today! Without the communities help and dedication we wouldn't have been able to reach so many. Want to help? Come join us! Every 3rd Thursday at 10:30 AM and spread the word. Need food? FRESH PRODUCE TO RESIDENTS STARTING AT 1:00 PM until we run out... every 3rd Thursday.
