Windsor Hills Elementary/Middle School The Wonderful Windsor Hills Elementary/Middle School is located in Baltimore, MD.

Windsor Hills Elementary Middle School is tucked away in the Windsor Hills Neighborhood in Northwest Baltimore. Our school services Pre-K through 8th grade and has 3 specialized special education programs. The relative small size of our school allows us to really focus on the needs of our students both educationally and socially. We provide a multitude of services to support our student population

that includes Restorative Practices, encourage play in early learning, several counselors on staff, a robust lost of field-trip experiences, hands-on learning that includes bringing the content to life through real-world experiences, week-long adventure trips with Outward Bound in grades 7 and 8, and so much more!

Bayview, Highlandtown, Clifton-Berea, Park Heights, Sandtown-Winchester, Penn North, Harlem Park, Mondawmin, Hampden, Edmondson Village, Hollins Market/Pigtown, Sharp-Leadenhall, Cherry Hill, Brooklyn, Curtis Bay, Lakeland, Upton, Oliver, Johnston Square, Darley Park, Broadway East, McElderry Park, Middle East, Waverly, Cold Spring-Homestead, Montebello, Woodbourne-McCabe, and Pimlico.

Baltimore City Public Schools Presents Annual Citywide Visual Arts Student Showcase at the Baltimore Museum of Art

Come check out the Citywide Showcase at the Baltimore Museum of Art, where four of our very own Windsor Hills students have their work on display!

FYI: For Your Inspiration Citywide Visual Arts Showcase will be held from March 18 - 22, 2026, as City Schools celebrates its long-standing partnership with the Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA). This year’s theme: Soaring High Above it All, addresses student perspectives on how they interpret their world, their resilience, and their capacity to rise. The showcase is free and will be on display in the BMA's third-floor Contemporary Galleries from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. with extended hours until 9 p.m. on Thursday.

You can also catch the online version of the gallery on https://www.baltimorecityschools.org/ .

Special Event: On Saturday, March 21, the museum will host a Family and Community Day featuring a free studio art-making workshop from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
