Tomorrow, December 4th, is Picture Day at John Ruhrah. All students should have received a picture form. If you'd like your child to have their picture taken, please be sure to complete the form and send in the payment. Additionally, tomorrow is an out-of-uniform day for all students. Tomorrow is the only day pictures will be taken. There is no make-up day!

This is a message from John Ruhrah Elementary Middle School. The school and the School Office will be closed Wed., 11/27/24, Thursday, 11/28/24, and Friday, 11/29/24. The school and the offices will reopen on Monday 12/2/24.

Annual student verification is now open. All student information must be updated or verified - even if no changes exist. Please make sure you have access to the Campus Portal now! The Annual Student Verification Process ensures City Schools has the following correct information for each student:

Phone number

Email address

Mailing address

Emergency contacts

This year, all families must log in to Campus Portal to verify (or update) student and household information, update emergency contact information, update medical information, and complete back to school forms. This process is known as Annual Student Verification.

Las escuelas abrirán con un retraso de dos horas mañana, martes 16 de enero. Los programas de aprendizaje virtual y la oficina del distrito abrirán a tiempo. Los programas de aprendizaje temprano de mitad de día de la mañana, se cancelan. Los empleados esenciales de las oficinas y de distrito se reportarán a tiempo.
