On any given night in Baltimore City, about 2193 people are experiencing homelessness according to data from the 2020 PIT Count. The Journey Home is a bold plan based on the belief that homelessness is solvable. The plan revolves around five essential key strategies derived from recent Continuum of Care's (CoC) planning efforts. It is a living document that promotes a system of care in which peopl

e at risk of homelessness receive the support they need to maintain housing stability, and when homelessness cannot be prevented, it should be a rare, brief, and nonrecurring experience.
