A federal court has once again blocked an unlawful USPS rule that threatened to disrupt mail-in voting ahead of the November election. This preliminary injunction follows a temporary restraining order granted by the district court last week, blocking the rule while the states’ lawsuit against the unlawful rule proceeds.
This ruling is another step in protecting eligible voters from last-minute requirements that could have delayed or rejected their ballots. I’ll keep fighting to protect Marylanders’ right to vote.
