(D-Shift) Engine 55 and Truck 23 are currently operating on first due box alarm 55-21. Engine 55 arrived on the scene in the 1100blk of Ward St with smoke showing from a 2sty middle of the group row home. Companies had fire on all floors. The fire is now under control

B shift went first due to the 1500blk of Ramsay St with fire in multiple dwellings. This was the first shift in the field after completing his EMS time for 55 Engine’s rookie.

(B-Shift) This morning around 2am, Engine 55 and Truck 23 went first due on box 55-10. Truck 23 arrived in the 1500blk of Ramsay St with fire showing from 2 fully involved 3sty row homes. While Engine 55 darkened down the fire with their deck pipe crews began forcing entry in the exposures. Once darkened down Pigtown units stretched into the bravo exposures where they extinguished fire on all 3 floors. At the same time, other companies from the 3rd and 6th battalions stretched into the delta exposures. Companies were able to hold the fire to 4 dwellings. This was probationary FF J. Scott’s FIRST shift on Engine Co. 55 after completing his EMS time.

(B-Shift) This morning around 7:30am, Truck 23 operated as the second due Truck on box alarm 14-70. Engine 30 arrived in the 200blk of S. Smallwood St with fire showing from the first floor of a 2sty middle of the group row home. Companies made quick work of the first floor fire holding it to the dwelling of origin.

(D-Shift) This morning, around 2am, Truck 23 and Engine 55 responded to box alarm 14-50 as the first due truck and second due engine. Engine 14 went onscene in the 1900blk of Wilhelm St with fire showing from a 2sty middle of the group row home. Companies made quick work of fire on both floors. Pigtown was happy to display the flag at The Annual Baltimore City 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at M&T Bank Stadium. 100’s of people came out to remember those lost on 9/11/01.

(B-Shift) Engine 55 operated on Box Alarm 13-80. Companies arrived in the 1900blk of Division St with heavy fire from a 2sty end of group vacant row home. Engine 55 operated a hand line on the exposure roof helping keep the fire to the original fire building. Thanks to for the pics.

(A-Shift) Truck 23 and Engine 55 are currently operating on box alarm 23-10. BC6 arrived at Howard and Fayette with fire showing from multiple vacant buildings. Pigtown units were dispatched on the initial alarm of fire which quickly grew to 5 alarms due to the size and location of the fire.
