For more than 10 years, “D,” affectionately known as “Battalion Chief,” has grown with the Youth Resiliency Institute, using his talent, leadership, and dedication to make a lasting impact through projects focused on the Cherry Hill community.

As he celebrates this major milestone and graduates, we want to congratulate him on all of his achievements and wish him continued success in this next chapter of his journey. Today the SD/NCO Unit had the pleasure of attending Career Day at Maree G. Farring Elementary School. It was a great opportunity to engage with the students, speak about the importance of education, leadership, and community service, and provide insight into careers in law enforcement and public safety.

The students were very interactive, asked great questions, and showed genuine interest in learning about the different ways they can positively impact their community in the future.
