Baltimore police need your help in locating 16-year-old Charity Sykes.

Charity is 5’5” and weighs approximately 256lbs.

Charity was last seen on July 30, 2026, in the 1500 block of Elmtree Street. She is believed to be with friends.

End of Watch—August 29, 2012 & 1899: Police Officers Forrest "Dino" Taylor and Alonzo Bishop

On August 29, 2012, Police Officer Dino Taylor succumbed to injuries sustained in a vehicle crash at the intersection of Guilford Avenue and Centre Street while responding to back up other officers on February 18, 2012.

During the emergency response, an SUV ran a red light and struck his patrol car, pushing it into a utility pole. Officer Taylor suffered severe injuries that required therapy and spinal fusion surgery. He had undergone the surgery but experienced complications.
He was transferred to a second hospital for additional therapy but passed away several hours after arriving.

Officer Taylor had served with the Baltimore Police Department for 17 years. We will never forget.

On August 29, 1899, Police Officer Alonzo Bishop was killed when an automobile struck his patrol wagon. Officer Bishop had served with the Baltimore City Police Department for 13 years. We will never forget.
