Homicide Suspect Identity Sought

In reference to the homicide of 14-year-old Jasper Davis, who was killed on July 21, 2024, in the 2300 block of Liberty Heights Avenue, detectives need your help in identifying the suspect seen in these photos.

On July 22, 1967, Police Officer Robert Kuhn was shot and killed while checking on a suspicious vehicle while on foot patrol in the 3100 block of West North Avenue.

The suspect had just murdered his nephew in the vehicle. The man was apprehended approximately three hours later but suffered a fatal heart attack while in custody.

Officer Kuhn had served with the Baltimore Police Department for one year. We will never forget.

Southeast District Homicide Arrest

In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Southeast District on July 19, 2024, patrol officers have arrested 28-year-old Omar Passmore of Baltimore.

Detectives quickly learned that Passmore fatality shot and killed 12-year-old Breaunna Cormley in the 500 block of North Kenwood Avenue.

On July 21, 2024 Passmore was located and arrested by Baltimore County officers in Baltimore County.

Passmore will be transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he will be charged with First degree murder.

Southeast District Homicide Investigation

On July 19, 2024, at around 8:01 p.m., officers responded to a residence located in the 500 block of North Kenwood Avenue to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 12-year-old female suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Officers and medics immediately began to administer CPR on the victim. However, despite life-saving measures, she was pronounced deceased on the scene.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

In reference to the murder that occurred in the 500 block of North Kenwood Avenue of 12-year-old Breaunna Cormley, Detectives need your help in locating the Suspect, 28-year-old Omar Passmore.

Passmore is 6’1” and 230lbs.

Central District Attempted Murder Arrest

In regard to a stabbing that occurred in the Central District, officers have arrested, a repeat violent offender, 41-year-old Fielding Bame.

Investigators learned that Bame stabbed a 48-year-old male in the chest on July 12, 2024, while in the 100 block of North Front Street.

On July 13, 2024, detectives located Fielding Bame, sitting in the 100 block of North Front Street, the same location of the assault the previous day. Bame was arrested without incident and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.

Central District Handgun Violation Arrest

On July 19, 2024, at around 5:31 a.m., officers were patrolling the 1100 block of Fallsway when they discovered a vehicle that had driven onto the sidewalk. Upon further investigation, officers observed a 27-year-old male unconscious behind the wheel of the vehicle, who was found to be intoxicated. He was placed under arrest, and a handgun was recovered during this investigation. The suspect was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility for processing.

Southern District Attempted Homicide Arrest

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Southern District on July 10, 2024, investigators have arrested 24-year-old Christopher Holland of Baltimore.

Detectives learned Holland shot the 26-year-old male victim multiple times after breaking into a home in the 1200 block of Sargeant Street. Detectives believe the motive for this shooting was domestic-related.

On July 16, 2024, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Christopher Holland and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.

Southern District Shooting Investigation

On July 10, 2024, at approximately 9:58 a.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to the 1200 block of Sargeant Street for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 26-year-old male, inside of a home, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to an area hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.

Central District Robbery Arrest

On June 22, 2024, at around 9:30 p.m., officers were approached by a male complainant who stated that he was physically assaulted and robbed by an unidentified male at a business in the 1700 block of Thames Street. Detectives assumed control over this investigation and identified a suspect in this case, which allowed them to obtain a warrant for his arrest.

On July 18, 2024, members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force and Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested a 32-year-old male. The suspect was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility for processing.

Participants learned valuable self-defense moves, equipping them with crucial skills for their safety and effectiveness in the field. These classes are offered to our members every Thursday from 3:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Western District Attempted Murder Arrest

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Western District on June 28, 2024, investigators have arrested 46-year-old LaForrest Morgan of Baltimore.

Detectives learned that during the course of a robbery, Morgan shot the 27-year-old male victim​ and robbed him of his property.

On July 16, 2024, officers arrested LaForrest Morgan without incident. Morgan was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder, handgun violations, and CDS possession.

Western District Shooting Investigation

On June 28, 2024, at around 8:59 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a call for a walk-in shooting victim.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 27-year-old male suffering from numerous gunshot wounds.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the 2400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

Western District Shooting detectives responded and have assumed control over this investigation.

Northeast District Handgun and CDS Arrest

On July 17, 2024, at around 3:30 p.m., detectives were conducting crime suppression in the 5900 block of Belair Road when they observed a vehicle violating a traffic law. They initiated a vehicle stop. During the stop, detectives discovered that the driver, a 26-year-old male, had a Baltimore County warrant for violation of probation and recovered a handgun and CDS. The suspect was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility for processing.

Southeast District Robbery Arrest

On May 26, 2024, at around 6:23 p.m., officers responded to the 6800 block of Eastern Avenue to investigate a call for an armed robbery.

Upon arrival, officers were advised by a male complainant that he was physically assaulted and robbed by an unidentified male. The unidentified male had fled the scene.

Detectives assumed control over this investigation, identified the suspect involved in this incident, and obtained a warrant for his arrest.

On July 16, 2024, members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force, Aviation Unit, Northeast District, and Eastern District arrested a 35-year-old male.

Detectives transported the suspect to the Central Booking Intake Booking, where he was processed accordingly.

On July 16, 2024 around 5:30pm, NED DAT Detectives were conducting enforcement in the area of 5200 Block of Darien Road, when they conducted a vehicle stop in reference to a traffic violation. After a brief investigation, two individuals were arrested and (1) G***k 26 9mm firearm was recovered.

On July 15, 2024 around 12;20 hours, WD DAT Detectives stopped a stolen vehicle in the 100 Block of Dolphin St. Detectives arrested two individuals, and recovered (2) fi****ms, a G***k 19 9mm handgun and a G***k 23 .40 caliber handgun.

Southern District Handgun Arrest

On July 16, 2024, at around 1:55 p.m., detectives were conducting an investigation in the Curtis Bay area when they attempted to initiate a vehicle stop.

The vehicle that detectives were attempting to stop began to flee from detectives, eventually leading to them crashing in the 400 block of Frankfurst Avenue. The vehicle's occupants had bailed out and attempted to flee on foot, which resulted in their apprehension by detectives.

During this incident, detectives recovered a G***k 22 handgun loaded with ammunition. Both suspects, a 23-year-old male and a 19-year-old male, were transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where they were charged accordingly.
