💊 This or That: Chill Pill Edition 💊
Our latest library whiteboard poll asked students to vote on their favorite ways to relax. It was the ultimate showdown of chill — and you had opinions.

Some categories were neck-and-neck, with plenty of love for stargazing, oversized hoodies, and fire pits. But one option floated to the bottom of the pack: cloud watching ☁️. Seriously, what did clouds ever do to you?

If this poll proved anything, it’s that UMB students are true masters of relaxation. Thanks to everyone who participated! Keep an eye out for our next whiteboard poll.

We dished out Dum Dums for the month of October and asked for your favorite flavor. The verdict? 🍭 takes the crown! 👑

Fun fact: Although only received 5 votes it has a unique story. It’s created from leftover flavoring between batches, so each “mystery” pop is a comingling of two flavors, adding a little extra surprise to each one!

The Mother Mary Lange Catholic School partnered with the Health Sciences and Human Services Library to showcase an exhibit exploring mental health, self-expression, and Halloween storytelling. Through comics and self-portraits, students reveal their inner worlds and raise awareness of mental health issues, including anxiety and depression. This exhibit offers a glimpse into the creativity of young artists from West Baltimore.
