What an incredible way to wrap up Refresh & Recharge: A Month of Mindfulness, Movement & More!

This afternoon, our library was filled with energy, laughter, music, and movement as participants joined us for a fun-filled combination REFIT and Soul Line Dance class. From uplifting workouts to dancing with friends, everyone brought enthusiasm, positivity, and joy to this grand finale celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month.

A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to Hazel Darby and Jill Taylor for sharing their time, talents, and infectious enthusiasm with our community. Your encouragement, passion, and dedication created an atmosphere where everyone felt welcome, empowered, and inspired to move. We are deeply grateful for the energy and care you poured into making this event such a memorable success.

Thank you to everyone who participated throughout the month and helped make these self-care programs so meaningful. We hope you have left each and every event feeling refreshed, recharged, connected, and inspired to continue prioritizing your mental and physical well-being. ❤️
