What better way to celebrate the end of an incredible high school journey than with a day of adventure on Jerry’s Jet Boats!

Our Bandon High School seniors spent one last day together making memories, sharing laughs, and enjoying the beauty of the Rogue River before graduation. These moments of friendship and fun are what make the senior year experience so special.

As the Class of 2026 prepares to walk across the stage, we’re grateful for the memories they’ve created and excited for the bright futures that await them.

🎓 Senior Walk 2026 🎓

Today, our graduating class took part in the Senior Walk. Dressed in their caps and gowns, they walked the halls of both Ocean Crest Elementary and Bandon High School, reflecting on how far they have come and inspiring the students who will one day follow in their footsteps.

The Senior Walk is more than a celebration of graduation. It is a powerful reminder that every journey begins somewhere. As our seniors revisited the classrooms where many of their educational journeys started, they had the opportunity to see the impact of their hard work, perseverance, and growth over the years.

For our younger students, seeing these graduates serves as a tangible example of what is possible through dedication, resilience, and a commitment to learning. For our seniors, it is a chance to honor their past, celebrate the present, and look ahead to the future.

We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2026 and all they have accomplished. Congratulations, seniors—we can’t wait to see where your next chapter takes you!

🏅Congratulations to senior Marley Petrey, Moda Health Athlete of the Meet from this past weekend’s Track and Field State Championships!

For her hard work, she received a commemorative coin courtesy of Moda Health and the OSAA.

Tonight, Bandon High School was honored as the 2A Oregon Athletic Coaches Association All Sports School — a recognition that reflects the dedication, hard work, and success of our student-athletes, coaches, staff, and community throughout the year.
Athletic Secretary Sheena Siewell proudly accepted the award on behalf of Bandon High School.
We also want to recognize two outstanding coaches for their incredible achievements this season. Coach Brent Hutton was named Girls Cross Country Coach of the Year, and Coach Scott Millhouser was named Boys Golf Coach of the Year. While they were unable to attend tonight’s banquet, we celebrate and congratulate them on these well-deserved honors.
Bandon athletics continues to set the standard, and we couldn’t be prouder to be Tigers!

Join us TODAY, Saturday, May 30, from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Ocean Crest Elementary for the Carz for Kidz Car Show!

Bring your family and friends to enjoy an amazing display of vehicles, participate in raffles, and visit the bake sale. It’s a great opportunity to connect with our community while supporting a great cause.

All proceeds from today’s event will benefit both the Ocean Crest and Harbor Lights PTOs, helping provide valuable programs and opportunities for our students.
