🏅Congratulations to senior Marley Petrey, Moda Health Athlete of the Meet from this past weekend’s Track and Field State Championships!

For her hard work, she received a commemorative coin courtesy of Moda Health and the OSAA.

Tonight, Bandon High School was honored as the 2A Oregon Athletic Coaches Association All Sports School — a recognition that reflects the dedication, hard work, and success of our student-athletes, coaches, staff, and community throughout the year.
Athletic Secretary Sheena Siewell proudly accepted the award on behalf of Bandon High School.
We also want to recognize two outstanding coaches for their incredible achievements this season. Coach Brent Hutton was named Girls Cross Country Coach of the Year, and Coach Scott Millhouser was named Boys Golf Coach of the Year. While they were unable to attend tonight’s banquet, we celebrate and congratulate them on these well-deserved honors.
Bandon athletics continues to set the standard, and we couldn’t be prouder to be Tigers!

Deadline to submit letters of interest is June 3, 2026 by 4:00 pm.

Bandon School District #54 announces 2 mid-term vacancies on the school board for terms that will end June 2027.

Qualified community members who are registered voters living within the Bandon School District, and who have lived in the district for at least one year at the time of appointment, are welcome to apply.

Appointment is made by majority vote of the Bandon School Board. If the appointees wish to serve beyond June 2027, she or he must file for election through the Coos County Elections Office to get on the May 2027 ballot.

Please submit a letter of interest stating contact information and a brief biographical background, as well as work experience, to the District Office, 455 9th Street SW, Bandon no later than Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 4 pm.
