Mark would like to thank the communities for many years of support during his time on tbe Banks Fire District Board. Ed would like to thank his supporters as he continues to serve the communities of Banks, Manning, Buxton and Timber on the Banks Fire District Board.

I’ve had a lot of questions today about when election results will be available. For those of you looking for election results this evening you can go to Washington County Elections.

Look over to the left on the page, you will see “current elections” click on that. 

They don’t anticipate any results prior to 8 PM that will be the last pick up at the ballot box at the library in Banks. Results will likely be closer to ten to eleven p.m.

The election is today 4/12/22, as you all know. If you have not turned in your ballot. I would recommend using the ballot box instead of mailing it, to ensure that it gets straight to Washington County Elections!!VOTE NO ✅ ON THE RECALL

Recall ballots MUST be in the ballot box at the Banks Library by 8:00pm tonight! The slot will be closed at 8pm. So if you are sitting in a line to drop off your ballot(s) the slot will be closed at 8pm by Washington County Elections!! NO Exceptions!
