Wisconsin Deafblind Technical Assistance Project Welcome to the Wisconsin Deafblind Technical Assistance Project (WDBTAP). We are a federally funded technical assistance and dissemination project.

We are a resource to families, agencies and schools Visit us on the web:http://www.wdbtap.wi.gov/ The goals of the Wisconsin DeafBlind Technical Assistance Project are to:

•Enhance the capacity of Service Providers to accurately identify children who are Deaf-Blind.

•Enhance capacity of Service Providers to support, instruct, and transition children who are Deaf-Blind.

•Support families and/or

caregivers of children who are Deaf-Blind.

•Implement a system of state and regional supports and policy enhancements

This investment makes it possible for us to continue providing statewide technical assistance, training, lending library resources, family engagement opportunities, and other supports that help children and youth who are deafblind.

We would like to invite you to join our upcoming virtual life coaching series with Certified Life Coach, Bev Teeter. As a parent of a deafblind child, Bev recognized the need for parents to pause and nurture a sense of self that can sometimes be overshadowed by the demands of raising a child with complex needs.

The sessions with be in a small group format to allow parents to support one another while gaining insights from Bev's professional training and personal experience.

Dates: 2nd and 3rd Mondays, July 13th - Sept 21st
Time: 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
