FREE BREAKFAST & LUNCH FOR KIDS ALL SUMMER LONG! (Even if your kid isn't enrolled in NCS! ❤️)

Nelson County Schools is providing FREE weekly meal bundles for children ages 1-18 from June 2 through July 25! Families can pick up 7 days’ worth of breakfast + lunch items at:

📍 Nelson County High School (limited to 450 spots)
📍 New Haven School (limited to 150 spots)

🕚 Pick-up times: 11 AM to 1 PM

📦 Weekly bundles include milk, entrees, snacks, breakfast items & more!

This morning seniors from Thomas Nelson High School and Nelson County High School honored the people who helped them along the way during their Senior Pinning Ceremonies.

Each student chose someone special to walk beside them and pin them. A huge shout out to those support systems that helped shape their journey. ❤️

These seniors are leaving a legacy and LITERALLY laying the foundation for the future.

To kick off Grad Week Thomas Nelson High School seniors held their annual Laying the Foundation Ceremony. Bricks with their names will always lay on the front walkway of Thomas Nelson as a reminder of the legacy that they have left at Thomas Nelson High School. 🎓

Today, top 4th & 5th grade student-athletes from our elementary schools competed in the very first UP Games: THRIVE Olympics! After qualifying through PE assessments all year, students battled it out in events like the 40 yard dash, tug-of-war, relays, throwing competitions, and more. 💪

Congratulations to Foster Heights Elementary School for bringing home the trophy!
