PUBLIC ASSISTANCE REQUEST
On Monday, May 25, 2026, at approximately 10:00 p.m., a hit-and-run accident occurred in the Casey’s parking lot at 107 Fort Street in Barling.
The suspect vehicle was described as a small black SUV of unknown make and model. It has been reported that the driver is the male shown in the attached photographs.
The Barling Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying this individual.

Key Safety Tips for Drivers:

Take an extra moment to check for motorcycles at intersections and before turning.

Check Blind Spots: Motorcycles are smaller and can be harder to see. Always double-check.

Give Space: Maintain a safe following distance of at least two seconds.

Signal Intentions: Use your turn signals early so riders can anticipate your movements.
