Small but mighty. We tackled invasive Autumn Olive, knocked it back and with help of park management applied herbicide to keep it down. We used the cuttings to fill 67 fish habitat structures, to be deployed by PA Fish and Boat on August 4th in Tuscarora Lake. Great work by all and always looking for help. Saturday the 25th is our July meeting. 9 am, work group at 10 am. We are cutting autumn olive (invasive) near the Tuscarora park office. These cuttings will be used by the PA fish and boat commission, for a habitat reconstruction within the lake. Any help would be appreciated. On August 4th the PA fish & boat commission will be doing the habitat work. More details to come, but volunteers are welcome. Please message for details.
