In celebration of National Rescue Dog Day, we’re proud to highlight students in Dr. Ryran Traylor’s Business Communications course! 🐾

Over the past 16 weeks, students partnered with the Lamar County Animal Shelter each Thursday, gaining hands-on experience in communication, marketing and event planning while supporting the shelter’s mission to find loving homes for animals in need.

One student’s experience became even more meaningful when she adopted a rescue dog she met through the project, creating a lasting connection that reflects the heart behind this partnership.
