From our partners at National Carbon Monoxide Awareness Association.

Grilling season is upon us.

Remember to keep your grills at least 20 feet from the home and never use them indoors.

Grilling season is here. Remember, grills create carbon monoxide.

Always keep charcoal, gas, and pellet grills at least 20 feet away from your home.

Carbon monoxide is invisible, odorless, and dangerous. A grill should never be used indoors, in a garage, on an enclosed porch, or near open windows.

Keep the cookout CO safe!

For those that have windows air conditioners, please remember to plug the air conditioner directly into a wall outlet.

Hello, AC season. Before you cool down, make sure your air conditioner is set up safely. Plug window air conditioners directly into a wall outlet.

Many manufacturers do not allow extension cords. If they are allowed, use the proper type and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

It's grilling season!!!

Have you cleaned your grill yet? Don't become a statistic, clean your grill before every use.

Give your grill a little TLC. Grease and fat buildup can catch fire. Clean the grates and remove buildup from trays below the grill. https://nfpa.social/457KfiD

It's that time of year again. Time to watch out for cyclists and runners. Remember to share the road.

We’re heading into the most dangerous months of the year for bicyclists. 🚲⚠️ Sharing the road is a 2-way street.

Cyclists — ride defensively:
🚴 Stay visible
🚴 Ride with the flow of traffic
🚴 Be predictable

Drivers, remember to check:
🚗 Blind spots before changing lanes
🚗 Intersections before making a turn
🚗 Your mirror before opening your car door
