RFPs being accepted. Submit your plan that includes a new roof, and other improvements, and/or deferred maintenance. could use a new roof.
Space for both for profit, non-profit, and low profit venture. To heck with 1% for the world... how about 5% for Vermont born Veterans, 5% for Disabled Veterans?

Warm weather and a forecast of rain has resulted in another flood watch. Too bad for the nearby VAST trail, but Spring will be here soon, allowing us to get outside to start cleaning up again.

The search is on for a core group of people that are willing to assist in coming up with a plan to move forward in a manner that respects those that have come before, and allows for a positive outcome, where what we have to work with that is good, is used for good, either here, or some where close by those in need, and those that are in need of assistance, here or near, are treated with respect, and support during their short time here on this wonderful planet, and in this wonderful country.
-do you have skills to share to assist with online, or crowd source funding, that is part of a plan where nano, micro, or small businesses can get support from a small cooperatively run shared offices space, along with a small meeting place that can be a launching pad for who knows what.
Start Small, and Dream Big.

Route 302 Property with view of Robbins Nest Covered Bridge needs TLC, and adult supervision. Inquire about possible us of Front/Side areas as possible Farm Stand, Concession Stand, or other Cooperative, or Sharing Economy incubator.
Inside space may become available in 2017, as part of a larger plan to make repairs, and improvements to the building/property.
