Good afternoon, Barrington!

The State Primary Election is a couple of short weeks away.

Voting is held at Barrington Middle School from 8am to 7pm.

There's still time to register ahead of September 8th!

The Town Clerk's Office is able to accept new voter registrations until Tuesday, September 1st at 5pm. Barrington's Supervisors of the Checklist will be meeting for one final opportunity on Wednesday, September 2nd from 10am-11am to register new voters and for corrections to the list.

Please note: corrections do not include changes to party affiliation. The last opportunity to change affiliation was in June.

Registered voters who are affiliated with a party are not able to change party affiliation the day of the primary. Unregistered voters must declare a party the day of the primary to vote in either the Democratic or Republican Primary, and may request a change back to undeclared status after voting.

Thirteen days to go before the New Hampshire State Primary! To register to vote, you need to prove age, identity, domicile and U.S. citizenship. To vote on election day, registered voters need a qualifying photo ID to prove identity.

Road Work Notice!!

Friday August 21 crews from Industrial Traffic Lines will be finishing up with the 2026 line striping projects. Please expect delays in the following areas: Stagecoach Road, Scruton Pond Road, Brewster and on Greenhill between Mahala and Route 202.

Please avoid the wet lines when possible!

Thank you for your cooperation and patience while we wrap up our Road projects for 2026.
