We’re creating a space for thoughtful, open conversations around planning, choices, and care at the end of life. These discussions are meant to be informative, supportive, and welcoming to all.

Topics will include:
• Filling out a planner
• Medical Aid in Dying
• Estate planning (wills and trusts)
• Advance directives
• Hospice care

Whether you’re planning ahead for yourself or supporting a loved one, you are welcome to join us.

We hope you’ll feel comfortable coming as you are, listening, learning, and asking questions in a compassionate environment 💚
