We wanted to update our community on the upcoming changes to NJ Motor Vehicle Law regarding E-Bikes. We have seen an increase in use of these types of vehicles, and wanted to educate both children and adults that operate these vehicles. One thing that is not changing is the requirement to follow current NJ State Laws regarding use of vehicles on roadways. We will continue to enforce these laws. Attached is a breakdown on the new laws as well as a graphic to share with your friends and family that utilize this form of transportation. Our goal is not to deter people form using E-Bikes, but to ensure our community is safe.
