All veterans who have served in a combat zone and have been awarded an appropriate decoration for such service are eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. Such eligible veteran may make application to any VFW Post of their choosing by completing a membership application, providing a copy of their DD 214 or other document supporting their combat service and rem

itting the appropriate dues as determined by the Post of their choosing. An applicant can choose to become an annual member of Bartlett VFW Post 11018 for $30 per year or consider a life membership, which is based on a veterans age on December 31 of the year in which they make application for a life membership.
