Tammy Town Safety

Safety education for chidren, teens and adults. Tammy Town is a traveling training town for children ages pre-school—sixth grade.

Scenario based training gives children an opportunity to role play various scenarios with Officer Tammy to teach them how to keep themselves safe in the community, at home or to and from school. Scenario based training offers children an opportunity to experience different situations and put them into memory for an enhanced learning experience. Children can also take a ride in our police cruiser and practice the rules of the road. Perfect for your next fun fair, block party or festival.

Good Morning to the students and staff at the Childten's Courtyard in Aurora!!! You are the grand finale of Tammy Town's summer trainings!! It's going to be time to start school soon and I'm so proud of all the hard work Tammy Town Safety students put in to learning how to be safe! We say no and go tell someone we trust to call 911 if a stranger or someone we kinda know want our help finding their dog, or offers a ride, candy or gifts. We never go into anyone's car or house unless we are accompanied by a parent!

Good morning Kindercare Aurora!! It's another beautiful sunny day to learn to be safe around people we don't know and even people we kinda know! We don't go anywhere with anyone or help anyone or take gifts from anyone, unless mom snd dad say its ok! The gentle taps on the windows suggest the childten are ready to train!!!

Good Morning North Aurora's The Goddard School!! It's a beautiful day to learn about being safe around strangers and people we don't know well. We say no, and go, tell someone to call 911 if someone we don't know wants us to go in their car or house. We can't help anyone or take presents from anyone no matter how nice they look or how kind they are. We ask our parents before we go anywhere or help anyone.

Good morning Naperville's The Learning Experience!! It's a beautiful day for children to learn what to do if a stranger wants you to go with them. We say No! And we Go Tell someone to call 911, we use people working in our town or someone we trust to call 911!!! We're also learning what to do if we get lost or what to do during a medical emergency!!

Good morning to the children and staff at Kids & Company, Schaumburg! It's a beautiful day to learn how to keep ourselves safe using people who work in our town to call 911 if a stranger wants us to go with them, help them or offers a ride. We say no and go tell "someone we trust" to call the police. We also report suspicious activity or people watching us if we get a feeling that something isn't right.
