Heartland for Children is proud to partner with the Lauren’s Kids Foundation, Children’s Home Society of Florida, Peace River Victim Services, and thousands of walkers across the state for this powerful 1,500‑mile journey of awareness and healing.

🌎 Why We Walk:
April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month and National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Every step taken helps prevent child sexual abuse and supports survivors on their path to healing. Every step counts. 💙

💙 Today we wear blue for National Wear Blue Day in honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month.

We are grateful to stand alongside our incredible community partners, including United Way of Central Florida and National Youth Advocate Program, Inc., to spread awareness and show our commitment to protecting children and strengthening families.
