Its focus is to promote the development of life skills in the youth within the community. Polk County 4-H includes several local clubs with youth involved in a variety of projects such as forest ecology, horse, dog, horticulture, public speaking, marine science, photography, archery, and so much more! Polk County 4-H also has school enrichment programs like Agri-fest and Florida 4-H Public Speaking and summer and day camps.
