🔌 Notice of Brief Power Interruption

Good afternoon, Basin residents.

Please be advised that there will be a brief power interruption tomorrow late morning in the alley between 5th and 6th Streets on the south side of town. The outage is expected to last approximately 10 to 20 minutes while crews perform load balancing on the electrical system.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve the reliability of our service. Thank you!

⚡ Electrical System Update from Our Electrical Team⚡
The new regulator bank has been successfully installed and is now online. With the regulator in service, voltage levels have returned to normal and amperage has decreased to expected operating levels.

The project is essentially complete. Josh and Ray will be building a protective fence around the equipment today to finish up the final details.

On Thursday we will continue to balance electrical loads to prepare for the warmer temperatures expected this weekend. Some residents may experience brief, momentary outages. These interruptions should be short and are necessary to help ensure reliable service during periods of higher demand.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve the reliability of Basin's electrical system.

The Town of Basin Beautification Committee was proud to participate with Float #12, alongside the wonderful Wyoming Mermaid. We loved seeing all the smiling faces, waves, and community spirit along the parade route.
