The Big Horn County Assessor's Office is looking for an energetic, ambitious and outgoing employee to join our team and fill an immediate full-time position. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service and organizational skills. Candidates will be required to work accurately with careful attention to detail in a close team environment.

Basic computer skills and clerical experience are necessary. Job duties are varied and require the ability to multitask, have legible handwriting, communicate effectively, and work well with others in a busy office. Field reviews require walking moderate distances on various terrains. Travel for training prupposes will be requried.

Big Horn County Maintenance Job Openings- Full Time and Seasonal:
The Big Horn County Maintenance Department is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate
opening as a Grounds Keeper. This is a full time county position with excellent health insurance,
retirement, sick leave and vacation benefits. This position is responsible for grounds and maintenance of
County buildings, parks and fair grounds. This position must work well with others, be self- motivated
and possess a valid driver’s license, and pass a criminal history background check. Necessary skills
include Landscaping, basic understanding of plumbing, and preventative maintenance of equipment,

The Big Horn County Fair Board and County Commissioners are seeking an event coordinator to host the 2026 Big Horn County Fair.
