We would like to thank each person that supported renewing our tax. The money will be used to purchase new equipment, training and bettering our department so we can better serve our community. For the ones that did not support the tax, if there is anything we can do or explain the need for the tax, please reach out to us. We are here to help everyone in our community.

Our fire department's tax renewal will be on the May Ballot. This tax renewal is about keeping our community protected and prepared. This funding helps support emergency response, equipment, training, and the resources firefighters need to serve residents quickly and safely. Renewing this tax does not create a new tax—it continues critical funding that helps maintain the level of service our community depends on. Please join me in supporting the fire department tax renewal and investing in the safety of our families, homes, and businesses.

It’s that time again. It’s quickly approaching time to renew the local fire department tax. The tax is used to maintain, update and purchase valuable life saving equipment. Our fire department operates solely on this tax. We ask that each resident please vote YES on the upcoming election for the Fire District 3 Tax Renewal. Without the tax, fire protection would be minimal. Thank each of you for your support.

So anyone that knows me knows I don’t speak in front of groups. BUT GOD. This weekend I had the opportunity to attend the Franklin Parish Men’s Retreat. I was hesitant but God wanted me there and he wasn’t taking NO for an answer. He used some of the closest and dearest friends to make sure I was there. When God wants you somewhere He will not stop until you surrender. I am so thankful that God didn’t stop chasing and pursuing me. God showed up and showed out this weekend. 1) coincidences do not exist. Everything happens according to Gods plan, for His glory and for the goodness of His people. 2)God will reveal things that you thought you have made peace with and you realize you was just lying to your self. 3) God can use anyone if they are willing to step out in faith and live outside their comfort zone. 4) with God nothing is impossible. We was asked to give a brief testimony at Boeuf River Baptist Church last night and anyone knows me. I ain’t brief 😂. I wrote down what I wanted to say BUT GOD told me that wasn’t my whole story. I was hesitant BUT GOD had other plans. I was scared, nervous and anxious BUT GOD took all that away as I walked to the pulpit. I can’t do the things I did this weekend on my own BUT GOD was by my side the whole way. God has big plans for me and I am finally ready to see what He has in store. If God is leading you to step out and be uncomfortable , I urge you to take that leap of faith. You will not regret it. God will never hurt you or ask you to do something that will. He only wants what’s best for us.
