* Consider and act on finalizing the Master Transfer Agreement between the City of Bastrop, the Local Government Corporation (LGC), and the Hunter’s Crossing Homeowner’s Association (HOA).
* Conduct the annual review and update to the proposed FY2027 Hunters Crossing Public Improvement District Service and Assessment Plan (SAP)

HUNTERS CROSSING RESIDENTS & BUSINESS OWNERS!

Please come to the Bastrop Convention Center this THURSDAY, July 16th at 6:30pm for a joint meeting of Hunters Crossing Local Gov’t Corporation, Hunters Crossing PID and Hunters Crossing HOA Board. We’ll be discussing Ownership and Maintenance Responsibilities for Common Areas (like the pool!) and will be reviewing the annual update to the PID Service and Assessment Plan.

If you own property or a business in Hunters Crossing, PLEASE COME AND GIVE COMMENTS! All parties will be at the table - let’s GO!!
