In the Book of Isaiah 6:1-9, we read about Prophet Isaiah’s encounter with the Presence of God. Most times we think we are doing ok and we may be on the surface. Go deeper.
Truly, we do not know how messed up we are until we get quiet in the Presence of the Lord. His Word definitely knows how to divide our souls and our spirits. Do our thoughts, words and actions line up with the Word of God?
Just like Isaiah - a spokesperson for God, the Presence of God will reveal our sins and shortcomings and as we repent, His relentless compassion will heals us and give us the courage to move forward. In His Presence, we become equipped to want to please Him and do what He has called us to do.
We experience His forgiveness which will prompt us to share with others. If God can change me, He can change anyone. There is nothing too hard for God to do….we just have to give Him something (ourselves first) to work with.
God has given all of us a purpose and destiny. We have to be in His Presence to find it and then He will send us out to subdue it. (Genesis 1:28)
By choice we can be a spokesperson for God; all of us will not have a pulpit or a worldwide ministry/platform, however, we all can point someone else to Jesus. By that, we are responding to His call. 🙌🏾🙌🏾
