Batavia Township posts legal notices on our website and social media accounts to notify the general public of upcoming public hearings. The Zoning Department will still send letters to adjacent and/or nearby property owners as required by Ohio Revised Code. Township Tuesday - We are completing improvements at the park this week. Parts of the paved Walking Trail will be sealed on Thursday, August 27, 2026 and therefore closed to residents. This is the final improvement to the paved trails this year. Please obey the signs and don't walk on the wet stuff! Take advantage of the nature trails in the park, while the paved trails are closed.
