We’re Looking for Room Parents!

Looking for a fun way to get involved at school? We’re looking for Room Parents to help make this school year extra special for our students!

As a Room Parent, you’ll help with:

Fall Fest: Plan one fun activity for your class.

Winter Party: Work with other parent volunteers to plan crafts, games, and activities for the kids.

Parent Communication: Send occasional emails to help keep classroom families in the loop.

It’s a simple and fun way to get involved, connect with other families, and make some special memories with the kids.

We’d love to have you join us as a Room Parent this year!

Day 2 of our SUNsational Week ☀️ kept the celebration going with sunshine goodie bags for our amazing staff. We were also able to spread a little extra sunshine thanks to the incredible generosity of our families—each staff member also received a gift card to a local business.

A pocketful of sunshine and a whole lot of gratitude for everything they do. Hoover Wood staff make our hearts shine a little brighter every day! ✨

To kick off Teacher Appreciation Week we hosted a “Squeeze the Day” celebration!

As part of our SUNsational sunshine ☀️ theme this week, we treated our teachers to a refreshing hydration station and fruit bar. A bright and energizing way to start the week and refuel for the final stretch towards summer break.

We are so grateful for all they do each and every day thank you for your dedication, passion, and countless ways you support our students. You truly help our school SHINE! ✨

This April, we’re celebrating neurodiversity and embracing the unique strengths that make each of our students so special. 💫

Our staff enjoyed a thoughtfully curated treat display, where they could choose an item in honor of Autism Awareness Month each piece highlighting inclusion, creativity, and community support.
