Meet Our Members: Lokee-Hikee!

Looking for a locally owned campground experience right here in Genesee County? Lokee-Hikee offers traditional camping amenities, outdoor recreation, and an on-site bar and restaurant that welcomes both campers and the general public.

This family-run business is owned and operated by Jesse and Jolene Coots alongside their children, Cricket, Trilly, and Souly, with support from a close group of friends. Together, they are creating a welcoming destination where residents and visitors can relax, connect, and make lasting memories.

As Lokee-Hikee continues to grow, the family hopes to introduce more community events, tourism opportunities, and unique experiences to the area. What kind of event would you love to see hosted at the campground? Share your ideas below, and be on the lookout for what Lokee-Hikee has planned!

One of our Chamber members is hosting a great community workshop! Lifespan’s Get Empowered workshop is coming to the GLOW YMCA on September 14, 21 and 28 from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Participants will learn helpful self-care tips designed to support their mental health and overall well-being.
