Please help us welcome Paul Motylinski to the Board of Directors of Batavia United Way! 💙

Paul is a retired Distribution, Logistics, and Supply Chain professional with more than 40 years of leadership experience. Having partnered with United Way throughout his career, he is now excited to use his skills and experience to give back directly to the Batavia community.

Paul and his wife, Shari, have lived in Batavia for 28 years and have raised their three adult children here in the community they love.

We are thrilled to have Paul join our board and look forward to the impact we’ll make together. Welcome, Paul! 🙌

What an incredible day at the Batavia Apartments Community Garden! 🌱💚

Community volunteers worked side-by-side with residents to pull weeds, move what felt like a mountain of mulch, prep garden beds, and get fresh vegetables planted for the season ahead. It was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when neighbors come together with a shared purpose.

This garden is about so much more than growing food — it’s about growing community, connection, and care for one another.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out, rolled up their sleeves, and helped make the day such a success. We can’t wait to watch this garden grow! 🌼🥕🍅

A HUGE thank you to the incredible students of Rotolo Middle School NJHS for raising an amazing $1,000 through their annual Color Run in support of Batavia United Way! 🌈💙 Batavia Public School District 101

These students are proof that leadership, compassion, and community spirit are alive and well in Batavia. Their hard work and generosity will help support local programs and families right here in our community.

We are so proud of these kiddos for stepping up, giving back, and making a difference at such a young age. Thank you for showing what it means to LIVE UNITED! 🙌

💖📚 This month's Imagination Library books are possible thanks to the incredible support of Sturdy Shelter Brewing ! 📚💖

From hosting events during Dolly’s Birthday Extravaganza to their generous $500 donation, Sturdy Shelter truly stepped up to help support Batavia’s Dolly Parton Imagination Library and the young readers it serves.

Because of community partners like Sturdy Shelter, local children continue receiving free, high-quality books delivered right to their homes each month—building imagination, early literacy, and brighter futures one page at a time. 🌈✨
