The City of Batesville and Batesville Water Administrative Offices will be closed on September 7th, in observance of Labor Day. Our offices will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8th. Utility Payments can be made online or at the kiosk located in the drive-thru area

There will be NO CHANGE to the garbage schedule this week. Garbage will be picked up as usual.

The City of Batesville is seeking a highly collaborative and progressive government finance professional to join our executive team to direct and coordinate the activities of the City’s Finance Department, which includes Batesville Water Utility. The annual salary will be based on education and qualifications. Salary package includes APERS retirement, health insurance at a low cost to employee, access to credit union and other supplement insurances. Some additional employee benefits are accrued vacation and sick leave, and 13 paid holidays.
