Yesterday the Village of Bath, New York News board member and Village of Bath, New York staff got the opportunity to tour the new Providence Housing Development Corporation Dana Lyon Family Apartments located at 208 Liberty Street. The original floors, doors, chalk boards woodwork & beams have been beautifully restored!

"Dana Lyon Apartments are NEW family apartments located at 208 Liberty St, Bath, NY 14810, and are currently under construction. They will be move-in ready in the summer of 2026. Heat, hot water, electricity, and common-area Wi-Fi are included with the rent!

We are currently accepting applications for:
- 31 one-bedroom apartments (Rent $658/mo) and
- 10 two-bedroom apartments (Rent $795/mo)

***Attention Residents of Manor Village Building #3, in the Village of Bath, New York ***

On Wednesday, June 24th crews will be replacing the underground electric to your building. Starting around 8:30am power will be turned off until the new line is installed. It is expected to take around 6 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the existing underground cable is aging and due for replacement. Calls will be made Monday to each resident to provide more detail and answer any questions.
