With a heavy heart we say goodbye to Pam Hatton, a truly wonderful human if you got the chance to know her. She was a longtime supporter and volunteer at our food pantry, and we all considered her a part of the CCSL family. She will be missed by many, including all of us at CCSL. We send heartfelt thoughts and prayers to her loved ones during this difficult time.

🎒 Have You Heard About BAGS OF HOPE? 💙

As the need for assistance continues to grow across our communities, Catholic Charities Steuben/Livingston launched Bags of Hope in both Livingston and Steuben Counties to help support local families and individuals facing hardship.

We’re looking for businesses, churches, schools, community groups, organizations, and individuals to partner with us by hosting a Bags of Hope donation drive!

How does it work?
✔️ We provide a specific, itemized list of needed items for clients.
✔️ At any given time, there may be 2–4 different bag options to choose from.
✔️ Your group chooses a list and collects items over a 2–4 week period.
✔️ Fill as many Bags of Hope as you’d like!
✔️ Once complete, arrangements can be made to drop off donations at one of our offices or have them picked up.

Catholic Charities Steuben Livingston Speaker Jam featuring local voices, organization sharing information about prevention programs, services, and opportunities available in our community!

The event will bring together community members, families, youth, professionals, and local organizations to connect, learn, and discover resources that support healthy and thriving communities. Treatment providers will also be in attendance, providing an opportunity for attendees to learn more about available treatment options and recovery supports.
Recovery is a personal journey, and no two journeys are alike. Most importantly, no one has to walk that journey alone!

CCSL is collecting new hygiene products to help clients in Livingston and Steuben counties. Unfortunately, many local individuals & families struggle to afford basic hygiene essentials because SNAP and WIC do not cover these items.
