🚗 CARPOOL REMINDER FOR FAMILIES 🚗
Brownfields Families,
We understand that many families are still waiting for the Transportation Department to assign a bus to their child. We appreciate your patience and understand that this has resulted in more vehicles using our carpool line than usual. Once bus assignments are completed, we expect the carpool line to move more quickly.
In the meantime, all carpool rules and procedures must still be followed to keep our students, families, and staff safe.
⭐ Please remember:
* Enter the carpool line from St. Lawrence → St. Ann → Ellen Drive, traveling northbound toward the school.
* Do not enter the carpool line traveling southbound on Ellen Drive.
* Display your official Brownfields Carpool Tag in the front window and keep it visible until your child is loaded.
* When you reach the loading area, place your vehicle in PARK and wait for staff directions.
* Do not call your child to your vehicle or instruct them to load before staff gives the signal.
* Cellphone use is prohibited in the school zone and carpool line.
* Please follow the directions of staff members assisting with carpool.
* When exiting the carpool zone, all vehicles must turn LEFT.
We know the line is longer right now, but safety cannot be sacrificed for speed. Following the established procedures helps us get every child to the correct vehicle safely and keeps the line moving as efficiently as possible.
