Today, we celebrate a life of service, leadership, and compassion.

Our thoughts and prayers remain with his wife, Dr. Kendra Michael, their sons, Larry and Luke, and all who loved him.

His legacy will continue to inspire, and his memory will forever be honored.

Please note that complimentary shuttle service will be available for those attending the funeral services honoring Senator Larry Selders on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

The shuttle will provide transportation between Baton Rouge Community College and Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
