Yesterday, Sergeant Jerry Williams of the Louisiana State Police Criminal Intelligence Unit was recognized by the Louisiana Bankers Association as its Lake Charles Area Law Enforcement Officer of the Year.

Sgt. Williams was honored for his work on banking-related investigations that resulted in multiple arrests and his longstanding partnership with financial institutions throughout the five-parish area. Congratulations, Sgt. Williams, on this well-deserved recognition!
