A new group of seafood industry professionals has completed the Fisheries & Seafood Leadership Program (FSLP), a Louisiana Sea Grant initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in Louisiana’s commercial fishing and seafood industry. The program’s third cohort graduated on May 20.

Launched in 2023, the year-long program includes four two-day workshops focused on leadership development, industry engagement, and professional growth.
