The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is actively working on network issues that have been affecting State Agencies throughout Louisiana since Monday, June 8.

If your address hasn't changed, you can order a duplicate driver's license or identification card 🪪 online!

Just visit 🔗https://www.expresslane.la.gov/omv/DuplicateID to order your duplicate DL or ID today and a new one will be mailed to you.

If your mailing address is different than what appears on the face of your license, you are not eligible to request a duplicate online.

Louisiana law requires current address on licenses; this is where the duplicate credential will be sent.

Changes in personal information, including address, cannot be completed online. If you require any changes, you must visit your local Office of Motor Vehicles customer service center for issuance of a new driver's license.
