As we wrap up our safety section in the Wood Design classes we were happy to welcome in a representative from SawStop Table saws to demonstrate to all class periods how their unique blade brake technology works.
As nice as this is, it isn't on any other woodshop tools.

Our school year has come to a close here in Washington State.

Wednesday May 1st, a handful of our seniors were able to attend a job fair type event I dubbed "speed dating for interviews".

Four students from our Woodshop were selected for their attendance, craftsmanship and dedication to our program. At this event they were able to set up interviews with multiple contractors throughout our county.
