Battle Ground Rotary Club The Battle Ground Rotary club meets every Wednesday at 5:30pm at Galeottis Banquet Room in old town B Battle Ground Rotary is a non-profit club.

We raise funds to help with local and international project like: clean water projects, scholarships for high school seniors, Polio eradication around the world, trash pick-uo of our local roads and parks. These are just a few of our current projects.

Another great day of service for the Battle Ground Rotary club cleaning up Main Street in Battle Ground! The weather was good. The turnout was great and we got a lot done in a short period of time. HAPPY Cinco de Mayo today!

And TOMORROW, Join the BG Rotary Club's meeting, and welcome our speaker, Jennifer McCoy, from the Battle Ground Education Fund. The BGEF is a non-profit organization bringing together cultural, economic, and community resources to enhance the educational experiences for the students of Battle Ground Public Schools. In the recent past, the foundation claims to have raised and donated more than $65,000 in grants and programs and provided supplies and books to students in the Battle Ground area school system.

BGRC Member Jacki Elsom, founder and force behind Jacki Grace Coaching (jackigracecoaching.com) shared her classification talk with us last Wednesday. Jacki, a Spokane native, showed us that positive energy that makes her business coaching a success, bringing business strategy and the right mind set together for entrepreneurs. Her involvement with our club and Rotary promises to be fruitful as well, as she shared her intent to be part of our Youth Services Committee for the next club year! Jacki advised us that she is currently working on a book and preparing one of her next workshops towards the end of the summer.

Battleground Rotary Club was “at your service” again! On Saturday morning from 830 to 1230, eight BG Rotarians got sore muscles while helping to clean up a beautiful English garden yard in Vancouver by pulling grass, weeds, mint, edging, digging, and spreading bark mulch. It was a beautiful day, a beautiful garden, and ended with delicious donated pizza from Detroit Pizza in Camas as a reward for work well done. Thanks to all!!
