✅ By Mail: Check your bill for the correct mailing address!

‼️DEADLINE FOR HOMESTEAD EXEMPTIONS & AGRICULTURAL COVENANTS‼️

The deadline for Appling County taxpayers to file for Agricultural Covenants and 2026 Homestead Exemptions, including the Total School Tax Exemption and 100% Disabled Veteran Homestead Exemption is April 1, 2026. Citizens may apply in person at the Tax Assessors’ Office. Any citizen already receiving a homestead exemption remains in place however, to receive any additional exemption, must be filed by the deadline.
