🚨BREAKING NEWS: Yet another court just ruled against Jocelyn Benson—a Democrat candidate for governor—for her attempts to manipulate the voting process.

In a lawsuit brought by the Michigan Republican Party, this judge ruled that Benson’s guidance on how to treat absent voter ballots violated the law—and in a way that disregarded a critical anti-fraud mechanism adopted by the state Legislature.

Thank you to the RNC and to Chesterfield Township Clerk Cindy Berry for joining us in this fight to protect the integrity of our elections.

Today, picture after picture filled our social media feeds. What a beautiful sentiment as we saw each one and took pause to honor the brave men and women who have worn the uniform of the United States Armed Forces.

As fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, family, you sacrificed it all.

The courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication have preserved the freedoms we enjoy every day and we can not thank you enough.

Your service reminds us that liberty is not free, and that true strength is found in selfless commitment to others.

With gratitude, THANK YOU

Here’s a breakdown of the groups shown on the flyer and how they tend to align politically:

---

League of Women Voters (LWV) – Saginaw County & Midland Area

Official stance: Nonpartisan, meaning they do not endorse or fund candidates from any party.

Practical reputation: Although legally nonpartisan, LWV chapters are widely regarded as being ideologically aligned with progressive / Democratic policy positions, especially on issues such as voting rights, redistricting, mail-in ballots, and climate policy.

Historical context: Founded during the women’s suffrage movement. Over time, many Republican organizations and activists have grown wary of LWV due to perceived bias in debate moderation, voter guides, and issue framing.

What to expect:

They will brand themselves as neutral civic facilitators.

Questions may lean toward “accountability in voting access, redistricting fairness, public transparency” — phrases that often track with Democrat-aligned policy goals.

Their forums tend to use strict time control and highly curated questions to prevent strong Republican messaging on certain issues.

---

NAACP – Saginaw Branch

Official stance: Civil rights advocacy organization, legally nonpartisan (cannot endorse candidates directly as a nonprofit).

Practical reputation: Strong, openly progressive alignment, especially on criminal justice reform, diversity programs, DEI policy, voting rights expansion, and opposition to election integrity legislation supported by Republicans.

Historical relationship with GOP:

Historically (pre-1960s), the NAACP and Republicans cooperated strongly against the Democratic Jim Crow bloc.

In modern context, national NAACP leadership and most regional branches are sharply critical of Republican platforms, especially in urban areas.

What to expect:

Questions likely to frame issues from a racial equity standpoint.

They often pressure Republican candidates on matters like police oversight, DEI, voter suppression accusations, and social equity spending.

---

âś… Summary for Republican Candidates Attending

Group Public Face Functional Reality Tone Republicans Can Expect

LWV “Civic Nonpartisan” Progressive-leaning, structured questions Tight control, framed “democracy protection” questions
NAACP “Civil Rights Nonpartisan” Openly progressive and racial-equity focused Pressure questions on race, policing, elections
Delta College Neutral host Academic-progressive institutional environment Crowd likely mixed but leaning left/moderate

---

🎯 Strategic Note

This is not a hostile forum by default, but it will not be a friendly Republican-base environment either. It’s structured, controlled, and image-focused. The key is measured, statesmanlike presence with controlled messaging, not base rhetoric. There will be ideological traps.
