Counselors from the Great Lakes Bay Region enjoyed a day at the Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth. They explored career opportunities in hospitality and tourism across the region. This special partnership allows us to connect educators with local industry leaders, helping them better understand the wide range of career pathways available for students in the Great Lakes Bay Region.

Leadership Bay County is looking to expand the playground in Wenonah Park to serve infants and toddlers. The playground equipment would serve children 0-3 and include fencing for safe play. They intent to complete the project by July 2026. Read more about the project below.

The Great Lakes Bay Regional Alliance Institute for Leaders likes to break the ice during the first class. Activities like this get the whole class involved to keep the day interesting. "Guess the condiment" was a new activity we did and although it was fun to watch...the class wouldn't recommend mixing these condiments together!
